About Me

My name is Renae, and I am one-half of the author R.L. Kenderson. When I started making covers, I did it for myself. I liked being able to put what I pictured in my head onto my covers, rather than telling someone else what I wanted. Plus, I thought it was a lot of fun.

I had only planned to make covers for my own books, but then an author friend needed help and reached out to me to make a cover for her. That was when I realized I liked making covers for others.

It took me awhile to hone my skills and take the plunge into turning my love of cover-making into a business, but alas…here I am.

It is still just me who makes book covers, but I stuck with the R.L. name because of branding. Which I’m sure if you’re here, you know all about.
